Students at Cherokee Trail Elementary dazzled
the crowd on May 18th as they performed Broadway musical selections
led by music teacher, Joyce Montalvo. The third, fourth, and fifth graders sang
“Give My Regards to Broadway”, and selections from Oliver, Seussical, and Fiddler on The Roof. They were followed
by a solo from Shelby Lawson called “Maybe”. The sixth and seventh grade chorus
sang songs from Annie, Wicked, Rent, Les Miserables, and
Hair Spray. Everyone came together for
the finale to sing Annie’s “Tomorrow”
starring soloist, Audrey Graham.
