Students competing in the bee were the following: (L-R) 3rd grade winner- Max Orde, 4th grade winner- Harmony Jinks, 5th grade winner- Ansley Prescott, 6th grade winner- Katie Kinzel, 7th grade alternate-Hunter Davenport.  The 7th grade winner was Vance Anderson. Mrs. Becky Rich served as pronouncer for the school bee. Ansley competed in the Regional Spelling Bee at Anderson University on March 3. This was her third year to represent Cherokee Trail  as school champion, and she finished in the top six out of thirty-nine spellers.
