Westwood Today…Success Tomorrow

Westwood Elementary recently hosted its annual Career Day. Guest speakers came to share their careers and students dressed up in career outfits which were judged for best outfits. The contest for the best career outfits resulted in the following: 3rd grade winner – Eric Burton (Paleontologist); 4th grade winner – Cameron Vinkemulder (Zoologist); 5th grade winner – Sidney Stone (Welder); and Overall Winner – Gillian Hughes (Artist) Westwood Elementary's Career Day previous year best outfits. The contest for the best career outfits resulted in the following (left to right):  5th grade winner – Jalisa Paul (Golfer); 4th grade winner – Hannah Beth Hedden (Duct Tape Designer); 3rd grade winner – Brady Hedden (Yale Professor);  and .Overall Winner – Stone Driggers (Conductor) Kerry Hall, Occupational Therapist, and Abby attended Westwood's Career Day. Walking with them are (l to right) Eli Hope, Ja'Carlos Mattison, Ms. Dawn Whittle, Beau Weathers, and Nehemiah Dandy.
